Jesus said that his good news is for all nations. That is why it must be shared and proclaimed everywhere! Our country needs the Gospel anew!
Last year, as a church, we began collecting funds specifically for missions in Switzerland. Today, we can already report on some encouraging initial results and developments:

“ShareHope”
The Center for Evangelism now goes by the concise and meaningful name “ShareHope”. This name captures the essence of what we do: sharing the hope, we find only in Jesus, with others.

Further Development of LiFe
LiFe has also been further developed and expanded. It is now available in a completely new and modern version. In addition, there are now ten trainers across Switzerland who support churches with LiFe. Christians are being equipped to lead evangelistic events for seekers.

Collaboration with Livenet
Furthermore, we have found a valuable partner in Livenet, which shares our vision in this country. This collaboration enables us to distribute content for training and equipping Christians through their effective and established platform.
Most recently, since mid-April 2026, weekly video messages have been available to motivate and train Christians who want to live out their faith authentically and share it. These messages are distributed not only on Livenet but also via social media.

Training Booklet: “Sharing your Faith with Joy”
At the same time, we will publish our first training booklet at the end of August. It will help Christians respond to the questions of those who are seeking and through the power of the Holy Spirit, will build bridges.

Vision Day / Evangelism Inspiration Day
The theme verse for 2026 of our church is 1 Peter 3:15. It calls us to “always be ready to share our hope with others”. “ShareHope” has also chosen this verse as the foundation for its work. That is why we will not only open our Vision Day for leaders at the end of August to our congregation, but will also combine it with the annual “Evangelism Inspiration Day”. This will make the event accessible to all interested parties throughout Switzerland.

“Kirche für andere” Initiative
We are convinced that the Holy Spirit is doing something new in our country. Over the next ten years, most free church associations in Switzerland will participate in an initiative called “Kirche für andere” (“Church for others”). What makes us especially happy is that “ShareHope” will be a key driving force behind it. We are thrilled to be part of this initiative!
